Meet The REAL Center Team

Thomas Longmoore 

Tom moved to Florida from New Hampshire in 2004. He has spent 20 years in the real estate industry in Central Florida as a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and Real Estate Instructor. He earned his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Whether assisting a client with a corporate relocation or helping his students transition to a new career, Tom uses the customer service and organizational skills learned from the hospitality industry every day in his real estate business. "Once you understand that real estate is about assisting people with making major life changes successfully, everything else flows from that spirit."

Tom brings a unique perspective from his many real estate roles, from agent to managing broker to regional training coordinator, into his classroom to benefit the student. Currently running a successful real estate business gives Tom the opportunity to use field experiences to enhance student understanding and retention of critical concepts. Tom has experience teaching a test taking strategy course for a national technology training company. Tom has the tools to start you on the path to a new career.

Tom has three children including his oldest son, who also has experience in the real estate business. He lives in Kissimmee with his wife, two rescue dogs (Romeo and Juliet) and power cat (Sarah).
