Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course

To obtain a real estate license in Florida, the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) mandates completion of FREC Course 1, also known as the 63-hour sales pre-license course.

This course includes 60 hours of classroom instruction and a 3-hour window to complete the final exam. The REAL Center provides a fully licensed and authorized 63-hour sales pre-license course that meets the Florida Real Estate Commission's criteria.
