Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course

To obtain a real estate license in Florida, the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) mandates completion of FREC Course 1, also known as the 63-hour sales pre-license course.

This course includes 60 hours of classroom instruction and a 3-hour window to complete the final exam. The REAL Center provides a fully licensed and authorized 63-hour sales pre-license course that meets the Florida Real Estate Commission's criteria.

Schedule

Start Date: September 14
Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Duration: 5 weeks

*Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM for 5 weeks. The last day of class and exam day will be October 19th. Please note: During Columbus Day week, classes will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday due to the holiday.
