The Florida Real Estate Commission requires all Sales Associates to complete 45 hours of Post-License education before their first license renewal deadline. There is no grace period—missing the deadline will result in your license becoming null and void. Don’t wait until it’s too late—protect your license and complete the course on time.

Weekend Sessions
Our weekend post-license classes begin September 12, 2025, and run for a total of 2 weekends in the month of September. Friday courses will be from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays will be from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.. Attendance at all weekend classes is required to receive credit—no exceptions. Please note that these classes cannot be mixed or combined with evening sessions.
